In order for us to provide you with the best support for your product, please ensure that your
contact details are up to date. Please contact Diabetes Support Services on 1800 777 808
if your details have changed since you registered.

Once your details are registered on our system, a device identification card (containing details of
the device, where you received the device, and your current doctor) will be mailed to you.
